Terms Of Sale


KLS Locker Hardware is pleased to accept any major credit card and PayPal as forms of payment. Alternatively, we will accept a corporate or institutional check in advance of shipping. Due to the high volume of sales that we do in small parts orders, we regret that we are not able to extend credit or offer open accounts for locker parts orders.


If you are purchasing for a business, educational institution, or government agency, we are happy to provide an itemized receipt for your reimbursement purposes for payments made on your business or personal credit card.


Please note that for exceptionally large locker parts shipments, we may ask for freight charges above the calculated amount if the shipment warrants. This particularly applies to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii when orders are not able to be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. In these cases, we will contact you for approval prior to processing your order.



Sales Tax Information


KLS Locker Hardware is currently required to collect sales tax is for shipments to Michigan addresses only. This requirement is subject to change without notice. You may be required to pay the sales tax on your purchase directly to your state.



For Our Canadian Friends


We appreciate the business of our Canadian neighbors. Since the payment processing systems are not able to accurately calculate shipping rates for Canada, we will invoice you separately for shipping charges once your order has been placed. Because we value your business and the Canadian market, if you decide not to accept the charges on the shipping invoice, we will fully refund your purchase price.


Also, please be aware that prior to placing your order you may request a shipping quote via our contact page. Also, please note that import duties or any provincial or federal taxes are not included and will be your responsibility. Delivery may not be available in some parts of Canada.



Return Policy


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of locker parts, we will refund the full purchase price for items shipped from stock that are returned to us prepaid within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. No returns accepted for complete lockers or locker sheet metal parts. Special ordered items may require a 20% restocking fee. Orders returned between 31 days and 90 days will be accepted subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns are accepted after 90 days. All returns require prior authorization. Simply write to us at service@lockerhardware.com to request authorization for a return.


Defective merchandise returned within 30 days will be replaced or refunded fully (including applicable shipping fees) at your option. Shortages must be claimed within 10 days of receipt of order.


Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a product or transaction, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please call us at 800-377-1218. We will make every effort to respond to all customer service inquiries by the next business day.
